DOMU manufactures prefabricated residential modules for professional developers and housing projects. Its factory produces closed structural units with steel framing, a concrete floor slab, windows, doors, ventilation, underfloor heating and electrical preparation. Modules are transported by truck, craned onto prepared foundations and combined beside or above one another, with configurations currently supporting multi-storey buildings.

Exterior façades, roofs and final internal completion are added on site. The concept is designed for repeatable apartments and compact housing units rather than individual mobile homes.
