Lake Wylie I

Lake Wylie I is a 255 m2 two-level solid-log home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large two-level plan provides open kitchen, dining and living spaces, a main-floor primary suite and covered outdoor areas. Three further bedrooms and two bathrooms are grouped on the upper floor around an open central landing.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
