TerraCube supports prefab projects that require repeatable modules, controlled production and coordinated delivery to site. Service work can cover modular drawings, manufacturing scope, facade systems, interior fit-out levels, logistics and site assembly planning.

Depending on project scope, services can also cover export and cross-border delivery coordination plus configuration for office, retail, service or accommodation units. Final service scope can include structural shell preparation, exterior envelope work, selected finishes, logistics and installation support.
