Skonto Prefab develops structural frame solutions using precast concrete, steel, CLT and glulam. Its services cover engineering, factory manufacture, delivery and assembly for apartment, commercial, public and industrial projects, primarily in export-oriented construction.

Projects are supplied as engineered structural or envelope packages rather than standard home models. Design responsibility, factory fabrication, transport, erection and interfaces with foundations, façades, services and other site works are defined for each contract and building type.
