Origin 2-Bay ADU

The Origin 2-Bay ADU provides 14 m2 of enclosed interior space and 23 m2 overall, including its covered deck. The plan combines one configurable living or work bay with a full bathroom containing a shower, vanity and toilet.

Its flat-pack system uses an extruded aluminum frame, adjustable foundation feet and modular wall panels. The standard specification includes smart lighting, a mini-split heat pump, hot-water equipment, hardwood flooring, metal siding and composite decking.
