Modern 45

Modern 45 is a 45 m2 modern modular home with a flat-roof exterior and a compact interior plan. The house is built on a wooden-frame modular system and delivered in a base residential configuration.

Standard elements include a profiled sheet roof, profiled metal and pine planken facade surfaces, timber lamella interior wall and ceiling finish, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC doors and windows, electrical wiring, MDF internal doors, and sanitary preparation.
