Lund

Lund is a 31. 1 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with one bedroom and one bathroom. The design uses a low contemporary volume with corner glazing, terrace access and a compact internal plan for living, kitchen, sleeping and wet-room functions.

The house is manufactured off site for prefab or panel-based delivery. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
