Kingston Luxus is a higher-specification mobile home supplied turnkey from 35 m2 with residential layouts up to 125 m2. The model uses generous ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling window elements, and facade cladding in natural wood tones or design panels.

The plan is configured around living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and storage needs. Construction follows HGB’s insulated mobile-home system, with selected interior finishes and exterior materials prepared for permanent or holiday use.
