Barn 48

Barn 48 is a 48 m2 modular barn-style home with an elongated plan suited to compact permanent housing or holiday accommodation. The construction uses a timber frame and insulated building envelope.

The base delivery includes profiled sheet roof covering, profiled sheet and pine planken facade areas, timber lamella internal wall and ceiling finish, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, MDF internal doors, and sanitary preparation.
