Ark City 4 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a retreat or study and a separate laundry. The open kitchen, dining and living area sits beneath a skillion roof, with high-level glazing used to bring light deeper into the plan.

Factory construction includes double glazing, wall, roof and floor insulation, airtight detailing, low-VOC finishes, efficient lighting and fitted joinery. Completed modules are delivered to site; transport, foundations, site works, decks, permits, consultant fees and upgrades are priced separately.
