Abodu Three

Abodu Three is a forthcoming 93 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with three full bedrooms and two bathrooms. The family-oriented plan is sized for multigenerational living, long-term rental use, or replacement housing and is designed for California HCD approval. The residence is factory-built as a volumetric module and delivered to the prepared property.

Abodu coordinates permitting, site preparation, foundation work, transport, crane placement, utility connections, installation, and final occupancy activities. Public pricing and detailed room specifications have not yet been released.
