80 m² timber-frame modular house

The 80 m² model is a larger timber-frame modular house for residential use. The standard specification follows the Box Homes modular construction system with an insulated wooden frame, painted exterior cladding, roof covering, triple-glazed PVC windows and doors, plasterboard interior finish, electrical wiring, water and sewage pipes with connection points, and ventilation.

The building is produced as factory-made modules and installed on prepared foundations, reducing on-site construction time while allowing interior completion according to the selected scope.
