The Core Wellness Pod
The Core Wellness Pod is a 16 m2 modular studio for movement, stretching, meditation, breath work, training, or personal wellness use. The open interior plan provides a clear room with large glazed openings and a compact building envelope for private or retreat settings. It is built off site and delivered complete for installation, with Arcopod wellness-range inclusions covering the modular structure, exterior cladding, windows, internal finishes, and selected fit-out items.

Passive 1 Bedroom Small is a single-bedroom modular dwelling based on a 13 m by 5 m footprint, giving about 59 m2 of living area. The layout is designed as a compact secondary residence or independent guest unit with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, and built-in storage. It is produced off site as a modular building and delivered for installation with Arcopod standard inclusions and finish options selected for the project.
Whitsunday 1 Bedroom
Whitsunday 1 Bedroom is a 60 m2 one-module home with a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout. The plan is arranged for a compact residence, granny flat, guest accommodation, or lifestyle dwelling, with open living, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, storage, and large glazed openings. The building is manufactured off site as a modular unit and delivered for installation with Arcopod inclusions, exterior cladding, windows, interior finishes, and fitted wet areas.
Byron 2 Bedroom Small
Byron 2 Bedroom Small extends the Byron layout into a compact two-bedroom modular home of about 75 m2. The plan provides two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, shared living and dining space, and storage for residential use, guest accommodation, or a small family dwelling.
