Savannah II

Savannah II is a 174 m2 two-level solid-log home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first floor combines the kitchen, dining area and vaulted living room and includes a covered porch and primary suite. Two additional bedrooms, bathrooms and circulation space are arranged on the upper level.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
