River Rock II

River Rock II is a 75 m2 two-level solid-log home with one bedroom and one bathroom. The compact two-level plan contains an open kitchen and living room, one enclosed bedroom and one bathroom. An upper loft overlooks the main living space and provides flexible sleeping, work or recreation space.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
