Loiste 108

Loiste 108 is a single-storey Finnlamelli log house model with 108 m2 of floor area and about 98 m2 of living space. The plan is organised around a large open kitchen, dining and living room, with two bedrooms, a sauna area, a bathroom, a separate WC and a sheltered terrace connection. It uses Finnlamelli’s laminated log-house system and starts from a pre-planned design that can be adjusted before production.

The model works as a permanent home or a generous holiday house where timber interiors and one-level living are preferred. Its plan gives buyers a clear starting point while keeping room and terrace changes open.
