UPB provides integrated building structures combining precast concrete, steel and façade systems. The group covers engineering, factory manufacture, logistics and assembly for commercial, industrial and public-building projects in Latvia and export markets.

Projects are supplied as engineered structural or envelope packages rather than standard home models. Design responsibility, factory fabrication, transport, erection and interfaces with foundations, façades, services and other site works are defined for each contract and building type.
