Thimo365 is a private-label modular house concept produced by CompactLiving for the Dutch market. One apartment is built from one 5. 5 m x 10.
4 m module, and the concept is intended for affordable 1–2 person households. The houses can be placed next to each other in rows, and the project uses solar panels to reduce energy-consumption costs. The listed reference shows two 57 m² units produced and delivered as a modular residential development.
