Signature is a 24-33 m² fully modular, moveable cabin intended for compact accommodation, rental, office, gym, or home cinema use. The delivery is specified with a built-in kitchen and appliances, induction hob, refrigerator, bed frame or open studio layout, cupboards, hotel-style bathroom, zonal lighting, picture windows, smart locks, composite worktop with under-mounted sink, shoe rack, underfloor heating, smart thermostat, reading lights, black taps and bathroom fixtures, towel rail, entrance hanger, hot water boiler, secondary entrance door, wood flooring, and wall-to-wall larch cladding.

Optional upgrades include climate packages, wood stove, air conditioning, living roof, blackout curtains, shutters, external storage, under-cabin lighting, and galvanized entrance gantry.
