Scandinavia 63 is a 63 m2 modular house with a simple Scandinavian exterior and a compact full-year living format. The base specification uses a wooden frame, insulated envelope, profiled metal roof, mixed profiled sheet and pine planken facade, timber lamella interior finish, 33 class laminate floors, PVC doors and windows, electrical points distributed through the home, MDF interior doors, and prepared plumbing.

The model can be delivered or assembled by the manufacturer.
