SCANDI 3

SCANDI 3 is a compact single-storey modular house with about 60 m2 of total area and an 8 m by 8 m footprint. The plan contains one bedroom, a kitchen and living room, bathroom, and terrace.

The house is factory-produced for truck delivery and assembly on site. The standard scope includes exterior finishing, windows and doors, class 32 laminate flooring, internal electrical wiring, plumbing preparation, wood-lined walls and ceilings, interior doors, 200 mm insulation, and triple-glazed windows.
