Šakelė

Šakelė is a 15 m² modular building with a flat roof, showcase windows and a one-room one-storey layout. The model has 15 m² of living area, 20 m² exterior area, one room, one bathroom and 5. 2 x 4 m outside dimensions.

It can be configured as a small house, office or sauna. The construction uses calibrated C24 timber, windproof wall boards, bituminous roof covering, thermowood facade cladding, mineral wool insulation, triple-glazed windows and Basic, Standard, Premium, Premium+ or Custom packages.
