Residential house 60 m² is a VIA-S modular home for permanent or seasonal use. It sits between the compact summer-house range and the larger residential models, using factory-made modules to reduce site work.
The standard module system includes a CE metal supporting frame, C24 wooden panels, painted timber facade, optional painted wood or plasterboard interior, laminate or parquet floor options, wool insulation in the envelope, triple-glazed PVC/ALU/wood openings, electrical installation, bathroom equipment, technical documentation and a five-year warranty.
