Nordic Plus Sauna is a 47. 5 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The plan combines residential living functions with a leisure-oriented sauna version of the Nordic Plus concept, using a pitched-roof volume, large terrace glazing and compact zoning. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
