Nordic Double

Nordic Double is a 48 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The layout is arranged as a wider family or holiday unit with a larger main living zone, two separate sleeping rooms, bathroom functions and a glazed gable opening to the terrace.

The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
