A compact modular house designed as a small independent living unit for a garden, holiday plot or family-support use. The house is built in the factory to a high level of completion and delivered to site as a ready module for placement on a prepared foundation.

The layout includes a combined living and kitchen area, sleeping platform and bathroom. Package options start from the shell and can extend to insulated, finished and service-ready delivery with ventilation, electrical work, sanitary equipment and heating.
