Kalmes 100 is a 98 m² prefabricated timber modular home with four rooms arranged around a large open living, kitchen and dining area, three separate bedrooms, utility circulation and two sanitary zones. The house is factory manufactured by CMB Group and delivered as a move-in ready home with interior finish, kitchen furniture, sanitary equipment, heating and heat-recovery ventilation systems.
It is designed for low energy consumption, natural materials and fast on-site installation.
