ECOSPACE 52 is a modular two-bedroom residential house based on the ECOSPACE 45 concept with an additional bedroom and a wider usable layout. It includes a living room with kitchen area, bathroom and the option to add a second-floor space above the bedrooms for storage or extra sleeping use.
The model is built from a C24 wooden frame with insulation, triple-glazed windows, metal roofing and timber or metal exterior cladding, with basic, standard and turnkey packages available.
