DeltaModul X

DeltaModul X is a two-level modular house with 83 to 85 m2 of living space and an exterior size of about 7 m by 14 m by 7 m. The model is intended for year-round residential use where a compact footprint and upper-level volume are needed.

Standard delivery includes insulated exterior walls, internal walls, insulated floor, roof, facade, windows, glass doors, electrical installation, water-supply rough-ins, sanitary equipment, heating and ventilation options, and interior finishes.
