Compact 50 is a 50 m² modular timber house in the Compact series, designed as a balanced small home with more storage and living comfort. The plan includes a broad living area, full kitchen, master bedroom, utility room and large windows for natural light.
The building is produced as a factory-made module in Latvia and delivered for site installation after foundations, access and permits are arranged. The published price is indicative with VAT and varies according to the selected equipment level and final site scope.
