Barn 93 is a larger modular barn house assembled from two main modules and a terrace zone. The residential modules form a broad single-level home with timber-frame construction and an insulated envelope.
The base specification follows the manufacturer’s barn package with profiled roof sheeting, profiled metal and pine planken facade surfaces, timber lamella interiors, laminate floors, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, MDF internal doors, and sanitary preparation.
