The 59.5 m² model is a standard Box Homes timber-frame modular house intended for compact year-round living or leisure use. The module is built in factory conditions, delivered to the plot and assembled on a prepared foundation for residential or leisure use.
33.5 m² timber-frame modular house
The 33.5 m² model is a compact timber-frame modular house produced as an insulated factory-built module. The published specification identifies a 3600 × 9400 × 3200 mm module body with C24 kiln-dried timber, OSB layers and stone-wool insulation in the walls, floor and roof. The house is intended for small residential, guest-house or leisure use, with exterior cladding, roof covering, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical routing, plumbing connection points and ventilation prepared by the manufacturer.
